Personal Fitness Training
Work one-on-one with your personal trainer every week at our state of the art studio, your corporate
workout facility, local fitness center, or in your home. Fundamental Fitness will do a complete biomechanical and postural
analysis to evaluate your current fitness level, learn what your specific goals are and then customize a program for you.
After designing your program using the National Academy of Sports Medicine’s Training guidelines, we will coach you through
it, every step of the way. By signing up for Personal Fitness Training, you will also be able to contact your trainer by
email in between sessions with questions or concerns.

Coaching
Successful coaching begins with finding out what your goals are and then developing a plan to reach them.
Sign up with a Fundamental Fitness coach and we’ll help you achieve your goals. Coaching
sessions run 75 minutes and are conducted either over the phone or in a sit down session at the studio.
Coaching with Fundamental Fitness includes training schedules.
