Adequate flexibility throughout the hip and shoulder.
 
Preparation:
Position yourself supine as in first picture with arms over head in neutral spine. 
 
Movement:
Perform a crunch with hip flexion reaching toward the toes. Perform 2 sets of 15

Sunday Training Runs Continue....

As many of you know I've been training runners for the Frederick Running Festival. We've had a lot of fun on Sundays running together so I've decided to keep the Sunday Training Runs going after the races on May 4th.

During the "off" season training runs will be 8-12 miles. During the "training" season I'll try to hold runs that parallel a 13.1 and 26.2 training program.
 
Sunday Training Runs will start again on June 8. Runs will begin at the studio unless otherwise noted. There is no fee, just a suggested donation of $2.
