 "Fit for Life" Boot Camp Program

Our “Fit For Life” Boot Camp is a dynamic, motivational 60-minute class that combines aerobic exercise and strength training.
Led by Martha Herman, a certified Personal Trainer and Triathlete our dynamic motivational boot camp is a “can’t miss”
program. This program is customized to meet the needs of everyBODY. Regardless of your fitness level, emphasis is placed on
exercising safely, having fun, and completing the challenge. This class finishes with gentle stretching exercises to
incorporate the complete mind/body experience. You will be energized all day!
Pre-Registration is required, class size is limited. Cycles start on the first Monday of every month.

Join us for no-nonsense 60 minutes kick-butt workout at Fundamental Fitness. Our Boot Camp classes help build strength,
develop stamina and increase definition and tone. Boot Camp classes are 60 minutes long and are held twice a week at our
studio.
Saturdays at 7:30am Thursdays at 7:00pm Only $8 a class
